APPROVING THE ALICE'S ROAD CORRIDOR PLAN
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Alice's Road Corridor represents one of the most important
development areas with the city;AND,
WHEREAS,the plan has been an effort to involve city staff,landowners,developers,
consultants,and City boards and commissions in the planning process;AND,
WHEREAS,the Alice's Road Corridor Plan will act as an amendment to the 2001
Comprehensive Plan.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of December 2004 that it hereby approves the adoption of the
Alice's Road Corridor Plan.
