RESOLUTION 04-270
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR GILCREST JEWETT (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Gilcrest Jewett (Revised)on October 26,2004;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Gilcrest Jewett (Revised)is in general conformance with
§304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Gilcrest Jewett (Revised)be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 20th day of
December 2004.
