RESOLUTION 08-46
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHOTTENKIRK WAUKEE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat I on November 13,2007;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat I is in general conformance
with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 25th day of February 2008 that the Site Plan for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat I
is approved.
