RESOLUTION 08-58
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING &ZONING COMMISSION FOR A TERM TO END DECEMBER 31,2010
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,an opening on the Planning &Zoning Commission was created with the
resignation of Chris Wilson;AND,
WHEREAS,the mayor shall appoint or reappoint citizen members to the City's various boards,
connnissions and committees;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William Peard appoints Heather Engesser to the Planning &Zoning
Connnission in order to fill the unexpired term of Chris Wilson;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 10th day of March,2008,that it hereby approves the appointment of Heather Engesser to the
Planning &Zoning Connnission for a term to end December 31,2010,
