RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN ADDITIONAL LOW PRESSURE
AGREEMENT FOR THE SOUTHFORK AND WALNUT RIDGE SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM PROJECT FROM PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE SOUTHFORK AND
WALNUT RIDGE SUBDIVISIONS
WHEREAS,the city has received petitions from a large number of property owners
within the Southfork and Walnut Ridge subdivisions within the Corporate limits of the City of
Waukee requesting that the City install a Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Collection System to
service said subdivisions;and,
WHEREAS,such a system requires the installation of grinder pumps and service lines at
each property that conuects to the collection system;and,
WHEREAS,the Grinder Pumps are anticipated to fail periodically and a large number of
.propertyowners desire to.have the city available for service 9:(their Grinder I'mnps andhave
executed agreements concerning the same;and,
WHEREAS,on October 1,2007,October 15,2007,November 5,2007,November 19,
2007,and February 4,2008,the Waukee City Council approved Low Pressure Agreements
received prior to those dates (Resolutions #07-204,#07-216,#07-238,#07-252,#08-22);and,
WHEREAS,the City has since received Low Pressure Agreements from Eric and Molly
Weber,535 Southfork Drive;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W AillffiE,IOWA,that the Low Pressure Agreement submitted by Eric and Molly Weber,535
Southfork Drive,is hereby approved,subject to the terms and conditions set forth therein.
