RESOLUTION 08-60 )
APPROVING A SALARY ADJUSTMENT FOR THE CITY
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Jeffrey L.Kooistra is serving as City Administrator for the City of Waukee,
at the will of the City Council of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,A performance evaluation was conducted between the City Administrator
and the City Council of the City of Waukee;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Waukee hereby determines that it is desires to
provide for a salary adjustment for the City Administrator taking into account increases in
the costs of living and other relevant factors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that
Jeffrey L Kooistra,in consideration of his continued employment,at will,as City
Administrator,with the City of Waukee that his annual base salary be adjusted effective
January 1,2008 to $115,336.00 as allowed,in the discretion of the City Council,pursuant
to paragraph 5 of the employment contract with the City Administrator.]
