ordinance to amend Chapter 301, Zoning Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa, by rezoning and
changing certain property therein to modify PD-1 (Planned Development Overlay District)

B. Consideration of approval of a motion that the form of Tax Exemption Certificate be placed on
file and approved [$572,339 Golf Course Revenue Refunding Capital Loan Notes, Series 2016]
C. Consideration of approval of a resolution approving and authorizing a form of loan agreement
and authorizing and providing for the issuance and securing the payment of $572,339.13 Golf
Course Revenue Refunding Capital Loan Note, Series 2016, of the City of Waukee, State of
Iowa, under the provisions of the Code of Iowa, and providing for a method of payment of the
note
D. Consideration of approval of a motion that the form of Tax Exemption Certificate be placed on
file and approved [$279,990 General Obligation Refunding Capital Loan Notes, Series 2016]
E. Consideration of approval of a resolution approving and authorizing a form of loan agreement
and authorizing and providing for the issuance of a $279,989.64 General Obligation Refunding
Capital Loan Note, Series 2016, and levying a tax to pay the note
