RESOLUTION 08-71
APPROVING THE 2008 WATER MAIN IMPROVMENTS
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF WAUKEE AND VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City is considering construction of water main improvements to extend new
water mains and replace existing water mains;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to proceed with the design and preparation of the plans and
specifications for the Project;AND;
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as engineers to
provide engineering design and construction services on the Project;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
2008 Water Main Improvements Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Veenstra &
Kimm,Inc.,is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 7th day of April 2008.
