RESOLUTION 08-81
APPROVING THE CITY OF CLIVE,IOWA RIGHT OF WAY USE LICENSE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to install a natural gas pipeline along Alice's Road as
part of the Granger Gas Main Project;AND,
WHEREAS,a portion of the natural gas pipeline will need to be installed within the city limits
ofthe City of Clive;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Clive has approved by Resolution 2008-61 to approve the granting of
the license for the installation of a natural gas pipeline within the right-of-way of the City of
Clive;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
21"day of April 2008,that the City of Clive Right of Way Use License is hereby approved.
