RESOLUTION 08-93 )
APPROVING TAKING ACTION FOLLOWING THE PROBATIONARY
EMPLOYMENT PERIOD FOR FIRE CHIEF CLINT H.ROBINSON
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas COlUIty,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 7,2008,the Waukee City Council approved the appointment of
Clint H.Robinson as Fire Chief effective February 4,2008 (Resolution #08-10);AND,
WHEREAS,as a condition of employment,Robinson was required to serve a 90-day
probationary period,at the end of which his employment and pay status would be
reviewed by the City Administrator/Clerk;AND
WHEREAS,City Administrator/Clerk Jeffrey L.Kooistra has conducted a review of
Robinson's probationary period and recommends the continuation of Robinson's
employment as Fire Chief.]NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of May 2008,that Clint H.Robinson shall continue his employment
as Fire Chief for the City of Waukee with an annual pay increase of $1,500.00 beginning
May 16,2008.
