RESOLUTION 08-95 ]APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT PERTAINING TO
N.VENTURE DRIVE CONSTRUCTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the preliminary plat for Greenway Park Plat 1 was approved by the Waukee
City Council on May 5,2008 (Resolution #08-94);AND,
WHEREAS,LADCO Development,developer of Greenway Park Plat 1 (the "Developer"),
agrees to assume full responsibility for the construction ofN.Venture Drive,including the
portion of street that lies adjacent to the YMCA facility;AND,
WHEREAS,the Developer has submitted an executed Development Agreement pertaining to
the construction ofN.Venture Drive,which has been reviewed and recommended by City
staff and attorney.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this s"day of May 2008,that it hereby approves the Development Agreement pertaining to
N.Venture Drive construction,
