RESOLUTION 08-96
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
WAUKEE GREENWAY PARK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,lOW A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Waukee Greenway
Park Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Waukee Greenway Park Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 5th day of May
2008.
