RESOLUTION 08-98
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WAUKEE YMCA PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Philip E.Broderick,LLC and Charlotte R.Broderick,LLC (the "Property
Owners")have requested final approval of Waukee YMCA Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Waukee YMCA Plat 1 on April 8,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee YMCA Plat 1 is in general conformance with section
§303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 5th day of May 2008 that the Final Plat for Waukee YMCA Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subj ect to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:

Easement for Temporary Grading;
Easement for Storm Sewer;
Easement for Surface Water Flowage;
Easement for Ingress -Egress;
Easement for Public Utility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sidewalks within the Plat are not now constructed
provided,however,that in no event shall a certificate of occupancy be issued on a lot within the
Plat until all sidewalks on such lot that are required by the Plat are constructed,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the Warranty
Deed for Street Lot A.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Waukee YMCA Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
