RESOLUTION 08-99
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR THE WAUKEE YMCA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for the Waukee YMCA on April 8,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for the Waukee YMCA is ill general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 5'h day of May 2008 that the Site Plan for the Waukee YMCA is approved.
