1APPROVINGTHEACCEPTANCEOFCERTAINDEEDSASSOCIATEDWITHN.6TH
STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN COORDINATION WITH THE SHOTTENKIRK
WAUKEEPLAT1DEVELOP~ffiNTPROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Shottenkirk Waukee Plat 1
which include improvements to N.6th Street;AND,
WHEREAS,a portion of those improvements along N.6th Street fall within portions of
property owned by The Estate of Martin L.Olson and Dennis Olson;AND,
WHEREAS,the Estate of Martin L.Olson and Dennis Olson have provided a warranty deed (2)
and COUlt officer deed associated improvements to N.6th Street.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the warranty deed (2)and court officer deed be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 19th day of May 2008.
