RESOLUTION 08-124
APPROVING FY09 -FY19 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORiTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,during the past several months the Council and Staff have worked together to
prepare and prioritize a capital improvement plan for such nonrecurring expenditures as new
buildings,remodeling projects,street or utility construction,major street or utility reconstruction,
major equipment purchases,land acquisition,and development of new facilities;AND,
WHEREAS,the Mayor and Council of the City have given input to the current plan which is
being presented for approval;AND,
WHEREAS,this Capital Improvement Plan provides a guideline on future projects,the
priorities of each project,and how it will be financed;AND,
WHEREAS,this Capital Improvement Plan more specifically identifies the future buildings,
facilities,large equipment,and infrastructure needs through the year 2019.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWaulcee City Council in session this
2nd day of June 2008,that it hereby approves the FY09-FYI9 Capital Impro ments Plan as
presented.
