RESOLUTION 08-125
APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF WAUKEE AND IOWA
GOVERNMENTAL HEALTH CARE PLAN (IGHCP)REGARDING THE PROVISION
OF THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFITS PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa ("Waukee")and the Iowa Governmental Health Care
Plan (IGHCP)desire to enter into an agreement entitled "Iowa Governmental Health and Related
Benefits Program",which provides for the provision of health and related benefits program for
full time City of Waukee employees;AND,
WHEREAS,the employee benefits committee and the Communications Workers of America
bargaining unit have agreed to the IGHCP insurance program for the City of Waukee employees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2nd day of June 2008,that it hereby approves the 28E Agreement between Waukee and the Iowa
Governmental Health Care Plan (IGHCP).
