RESOLUTION 08-117
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OR REAPPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN
MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM TO END
JUNE 30,2013
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to tbose boards
which have mid-term appointments scheduled to expire on June 30;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor William F.Peard has reappointed John Buttz to the Board of Appeals for a
five-year term to end June 30,2013.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2nd day of June 2008 that it hereby approves the mayor's reappointment of John Buttz to the
Board of Appeals for a five-year term to end June 30,2013.
