RESOLUTION 08-115
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE NORTH 6TH STREET SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,M.C.Lint,Inc.,has completed the public improvements associated with
North 6th Street Sanitary Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements for the North 6th Street
Sanitary Sewer Project and have confirmed that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 2nd day of June 2008 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion for
the North 6th Street Sanitary Sewer Project.
