RESOLUTION 08-119
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 18 OF WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK
PLATZ
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Lot 18 of Westgate Business Park Plat 2 on May 27,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Lot 18 of Westgate Business Park Plat 2 is in general
conformance with §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 2nd day of June 2008 that the Site Plan for Lot 18 of Westgate Business
Park Plat 2 is approved.
