)RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
PROPOSED FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE 2008 WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT
WHEREAS,on the 5th day of June,2008,final plans,specifications,form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as the 2008 Water Main Improvements Project;and
WHEREAS,notice of hearing on plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of
cost for the public improvements was published as required by law:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the final plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost are
hereby approved as the plans,specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the public
improvements,as described in the preamble of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 16th day of June,2008.
