RESOLUTION 09-170
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE CROSSING AT ALICE'S ROAD PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Alice's L.C.,has completed the public improvements associated with The
Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in The
Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part
of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'h day of August 2009 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 3.
