RESOLUTION 09-168
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE COUNTY ROAD R-22 FORCE MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Underground Company,Ltd.,has completed the public improvements
associated with the County Road R-22 Force Main Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in the County
Road R-22 Force Main Extension Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this proj ect are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of August 2009 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for the County Road R-22 Force Main Extension Project.
