A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ANNEXATION
WHEREAS,on or about the September 14,2009 the City Clerk received a notice of
public hearing concerning application for voluntary annexation into the City of Adel;and
WHEREAS,the City Council believes it appropriate to receive and file the same and
direct staff and the City Attomey to review the matter further.
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
notice of public hearing concerning application for voluntary annexation into the City of Adel is
hereby received and filed and that the City Staff and City Attorney review the matter further,
DATED this 18th day of September,2009.
