RESOLUTION 09-190
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
BROCKMAN 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State oflowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Ashworth,L.L.c.(the "Developer")has requested final approval of Brockman 6
(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 8,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brockman 6 and the documents relating thereto comply in all
respects with Section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 21st day of September 2009 that the Final Plat for Brockman 6 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to final review and
approval of the legal documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subject to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:
1.Easement for Public Utility;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Brockman 6,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas County
Recorder.
