1) RESOLUTION: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving appointment to fill a
vacant council seat with a term to expire December 31, 2017
E. CLOSED SESSION: Pursuant to Code of Iowa §21.5(1)(i) to evaluate the professional
competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or
discharge is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and
irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests
a closed session
F. RESOLUTION: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving the employment
evaluation and salary adjustment recommendation concerning the City
Administrator
G. COMMENTS
