RESOLUTION 09-201
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR GRANT PARK PLAT 2,PHASE I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Eco-Tech Construction,LLC,has completed the public improvements
associated with Grant Park Plat 2,Phase I;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in Grant Park
Plat 2,Phase I,and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this s"day of October 2009 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Grant Park Plat 2,Phase 1.
