RESOLUTION 09-200
APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
FOR GREENWAY PARK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Ball Construction Services,LLC,has completed the public improvements
associated with Greenway Park Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed in Greenway
Park Plat I and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of October 2009 that it hereby approves the Certificate of Completion
for Greenway Park Plat I.
