RESOLUTION 09-205
APPROVING SERVICE AGREEMENT PROPOSALS WITH THE WALDINGER
CORPORATION FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF HVAC SYSTEMS
WITHIN CERTAIN CITY BUILDINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on August 18,2008,the Waukee City Council approved Service Agreement
Proposals with The Waldinger Corporation for HV AC inspections and maintenance for
Waukee City Hall,Waukee Public Safety and Waukee Public Library facilities (Resolution
#08-192);AND,
WHEREAS,City staff is satisfied with the work done over the past year by The Waldinger
Corporation and recommends retaining the services of The Waldinger Corporation for another
year;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this S'h day of October 2009 that the Service Agreement Proposals with The Waldinger
Corporation for inspection and maintenance ofHV AC systems within certain city buildings is
hereby accepted and approved;
BE IT FURTHERRESOLYED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City
Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
