RESOLUTION 09-196
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A CAB CHASSIS WITH SNOW PLOW
PACKAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $112,726.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase of
a 2010 International WorkStar 7000 4x2 chassis from O'Halloran International,with
Monroe HD Junior Wing and snow plow package from Hawkeye Truck Equipment,in
the amount of$112,726.00;AND,
WHEREAS,said vehicle is part of the Public Works Department vehicle replacement
program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of October 2009 that it hereby approves the purchase of a Cab Chassis
from o 'Halloran International,with snow plow package from Hawkeye Truck
Equipment,in the amount of $112,726.00.
