Approving contract and bond for the 2009 Biosolids Removal Project
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the contract and bond executed and insurance coverage for certain public
improvements described in general as 2009 Biosolids Removal Project,and which have been
signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as
follows:
Contractor:Clarke Farms LTD of New Hampton,IA
Date of contract:October 5,2009
Bond surety:Old Republic Surety Company
Date of bond:October 5,2009
Portion of project:All Construction Work
PASSED AND APPROVED,this 19th day of October,2009.
