RESOLUTION 09-206
APPROVING AN ACCOUNT AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG CRAIG DENTAL
CENTER,PC,AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on April 20,2009,the City Council approved a Development Agreement with
Craig Dental Center,PC,related to future access and parking lot improvements at such time as
Warrior Lane is expanded to include tuming medians (Resolution #09-94);AND,
WHEREAS,part of the Development Agreement required a bond or some other form of
security be provided prior to occupancy of the building in regards to the future improvements;
AND,
WHEREAS,Craig Dental Center,PC,has established an account exclusively for the future
improvements in order to satisfy the previously approved Development Agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attomey has reviewed an Account Agreement related to this matter and
finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED on this,the 19th day of October 2009,that the City
of Waukee City Council hereby approves an Account Agreement by and among Craig Dental
Center,PC,and the City of Waukee,Iowa.
