RESOLUTION 09-208
A WARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)REGULAR CAB 4X4
PICK-UP TRUCKS TO STIVERS FORD IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$35,094.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase of
two (2)regular cab 4x4 pick-up trucks from Stivers Ford in the total amount of
$35,094.00;AND,
WHEREAS,said vehicle is part of the Public Works Department vehicle replacement
program and will have snow blades installed;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of October 2009 that it hereby approves the purchase of two (2)
regular cab 4x4 pick-up trucks from Stivers Ford in the total amount of $35",:094.00.
