RESOLUTION 09-209
AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN EXTENDED CAB SHORT BOX
4X4 PICK-UP TRUCK TO STIVERS FORD IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,026.00
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Public Works Department recommends the purchase of
an extended cab short box 4x4 pick-up truck from Stivers Ford in the amount of
$22,026.00;AND,
WHEREAS,said vehicle is part of the Public Warks Department vehicle replacement
program;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of October 2009 that it hereby approves the purchase of an extended
cab short box 4x4 pick-up truck from Stivers Ford in the amount of $22,026.00.
