RESOLUTION 09-225
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
CLAYTON COMMONS PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Clayton Commons Plat I on September 22,2009;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Clayton Commons Plat I is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 2nd day of November 2009 that the Preliminary Plat for Clayton Commons
Plat I is approved.
