RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORl(
WHEREAS,on January 19,2009,Waukee,Iowa,entered into contract with S.M.
Hentges Sons,Inc.of Jordan,MN,for the construction of the South Area Trunk Sewer,
Waukee,Iowa,within the City,as therein described;and
WHEREAS,the contractor has fully completed the construction of the
improvements,known as the South Area Trunk Sewer,Waukee,Iowa,in accordance with
the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and specifications,as shown by the
certificate of the Engineer filed with the Clerk on October 29,2009:
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WAUI(EE,IOWA:
Section 1.That the report of the Engineer be and the same is hereby approved and
adopted and the improvements are hereby accepted as having been fully completed in
accordance with the plans,specifications and contract.The total contract cost of the
improvements payable under said contract is hereby determined to be $1,936,036.05.
Section 2.The total project cost including construction,engineering,legal and
administrative costs is determined to be $631,180.24.
