RESOLUTION 09-229
RESOLUTION APPROVING VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES REGARDING THE PREPARATION OF PLATS,SCHEDULES,
ESTIMATES OF COST,PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND TO SUPERVISE
CONSTRUCTION FOR THE 2009 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desires to move forward with the assessment proceedings in
connection with the 2009 sidewalk program;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has requested Veenstra and Kimm,Inc.to provide professional
services on the proj ect.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
16th day of November,2009 that it hereby approves Veenstra and Kinnn,Inc.for engineering
services regarding the preparation of plats,schedules,estimates of cost,plans and specifications
and to supervise construction for the 2009 sidewalk improvements program.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved this the 16th day of
November,2009.
