RESOLUTION 09-253
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH TERRUS
REAL ESTATE GROUP,LLC,IN ORDER TO ACIDEVE AN EPA "ENERGY
STAR"CERTIFICATION FOR THE WAUKEE PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Terms Real Estate Group,LLC,has provided the City with an Agreement for
Professional Services to provide engineering and mechanical engineering services in
accordance with EPA gnidelines in order for the Waukee Public Safety Building to achieve
EPA "Energy Star"certification;AND,
WHEREAS,Cityattomey and staff have reviewed the proposed agreement and find it
acceptable;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 21 ,t day of November 2009 that the Agreement for Professional Services with Tenus Real
Estate Group,LLC,is hereby accepted and approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the Mayor is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
