RESOLUTION 08-144
APPROVING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT RELATED TO THE DISTRICT
REGULATOR STATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,as part of the Granger Gas Main Project,the City of Waukee must relocate
an existing public utility easement due to the purchase of the easement for the District Regulator
Station,
WHEREAS,the Easement Plat shows the public utility easement location along Alice's
Road on Lot I of Williams Pointe Plat 7,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Public Utility Easement
and recommend approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IOWA,that the Public Utility Easement with Williams Pointe Commercial II,LC is
hereby approved,subj ect to the conditions set forth therein,contingent upon receipt oflien
release.
