RESOLUTION 08-143
APPROVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT RELATED TO THE DISTRICT
REGULATOR STATION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,as part of the Granger Gas Main Project,the City of Waukee must obtain a
permanent right-of-way easement for the District Regulator Station that will be the connection
point to the City's existing gas main system,
WHEREAS,the Easement Plat shows the right-of-way easement location along Alice's
Road on Lot I of Williams Pointe Plat 7,
WHEREAS,Legal Counsel and City Staff have reviewed the Right-of-Way Easement
and recommend approval.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W AUKEE,IOWA,that the Right-of-Way Easement with Williams Pointe Commercial II,LC is
hereby approved,subject to the conditions set forth therein,contingent upon receipt oflien
release.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of June,2008.
