RESOLUTION 08-158
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
THE CROSSING AT ALICE'S ROAD PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORJTY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Crossing at
Alice's Road Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found to be in general conformance with the Design Standards set forth by
the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 2 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 7'11 day of July
2008.
