RESOLUTION 08-151
APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT ON
LOT 3 IN WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,it has been determined that an additional overland flowage easement needs to be
granted to convey storm water across Lot 3 in Williams Pointe Plat 6;AND,
WHEREAS,the owners have agreed to the granting of said easement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa
that the overland flowage easement be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 7'h day of July 2008.
