RESOLUTION 08-175
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E)(the "Developer")has
requested final approval of Glynn Village Plat 3 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Plat for Glynn
Village Plat 3 on May 27,2008;AND,
WHEREAS,all public improvements associated with the Plat have not yet been completed,and
the final plat shall not be recorded with Dallas County,Iowa until such time as the remaining
public improvements are completed and approved by the City;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 3 is in general conformance with section §303
-Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21 st day of July 2008 that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 3 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to the Plat not being
recorded until such time as the public improvements are completed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
additional easements to be filed with the Plat subject to final review and approval by the City
Attorney:

Public Utility Easement;
Temporary Water Main Easement;
Temporary Surface Water Flowage and Detention Easement;
Temporary Turnaround Easement;
Surface Water Flowage Easement;
Storm Sewer Easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Glynn Village Plat 3,as well as any other documents related thereto,with the Dallas
County Recorder.
