RESOLUTION 08-173
APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE WARRANTY DEEDS AND REAL
ESTATE TRANSFERS ASSOCIATED WITH WARRIOR LANE RIGHT OF WAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City and the improvements have
been installed for the extension of Warrior Lane from University Avenue to the north line of
Warrior Lane that was improved as a part of Glynn Village Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,Phil Broderick has provided a warranty deed for street right of way,for the
improvements to Warrior Lane;AND,
WHEREAS,St.Boniface Catholic Church has provided a warranty deed for street right of way,
for the improvements to Warrior Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the warranty deeds (2)be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa and approved the 21 st
