RESOLUTION 05-151
APPROVING THE ADOPTION ANNEX AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOARD OF
WATER WORKS TRUSTEES OF DES MOINES (DMWW)AND
THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Des Moines,Iowa
(DMWW)and the City of Waukee,Iowa,form a part of the Wholesale Water Service
Master Agreement;AND
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council approved the Wholesale Water Service Master
Agreement on August I,2005;AND
WHEREAS,the Adoption Annex Agreement is a portion of the master agreement which
is specific individualized terms applicable to service to Waukee;AND
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Adoption Annex Agreement be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 15'h day of
August 2005.
