RESOLUTION 05-152 ]
APPROVING DESIGNATION OF BARGAINING REPRESENTATIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is about to enter into collective bargaining negotiations;
AND,
WHEREAS,Iowa Code §20.17(9)provides for the designation of a City Bargaining
Representative.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of August 2005 that James E.Brick is hereby designated as the City
of Waukee Bargaining Representative pursuant to provisions of §20.17(9).
