RESOLUTION 05-154 ]
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HICKORY HILLS CENTER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Hickory Hills Center on July 26,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hickory Hills Center is in general conformance with §304
-Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code,as well as the Arterial Corridor
Overlay District;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Hickory Hills Center be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 15th day of
August 2005.I
