RESOLUTION 08-192
APPROVING A SERVICE AGREEMENT PROPOSAL WITH THE WALDINGER
CORPORATION FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF HV AC SYSTEMS
WITHIN CERTAIN CITY BUILDINGS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the need has arisen for a single contractor to inspect and maintain the heating,
ventilation and air conditioning systems (HV AC)within Waukee City Hall,Waukee Public
Library,and Waukee Public Safety Building;AND,
WHEREAS,requests for proposal were solicited from certain qualified contractors;AND,
WHEREAS,after review of the proposals received,City staff recommends approval of a
Service Agreement Proposal with The Waldinger Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 18th day of August 2008 that the Service Agreement Proposal with The Waldinger
Corporation for inspection and maintenance of HV AC systems within certain city buildings is
hereby accepted and approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City
Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
