RESOLUTION 05-162
APPROVING THE REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 1
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the revised
Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat I on August 23,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the approval for the preliminary plat is contingent on the rezoning from R-I
Single Family Residential District and PD -1 Planned Development Overlay District to
R-4 Row Dwelling and Townhome District,AND,
WHEREAS,the revised Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat 1 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the revised Preliminary Plat for Glynn Village Plat I be approved subject to the
developer lining up the alleys on either side ofthe north south street by Phil Broderick's;
specifically the alley on the west side of the street needs to be lined up with the alley on
the east.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 29th day of
August 2005.
