RESOLUTION 05-159
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR
LEGACY POINTE AT WAUKEE PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the
Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 on August 23,2005;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the revised Preliminary Plat for Legacy Pointe at Waukee Plat 4 be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 29th day of
August 2005.
